Ingredients:
Bhendi - 250 gram (clean & cut into round small pieces)
Onion – 5 (chopped)
Oil
Salt
Haldi
Preparation Process:
Add oil in a tawa to heat. Then add onion fry until it get golden color.
Then add the bhindi, salt, and haldi.
Fry without giving water.
After fine fry stop the heat.
Ready to serve. It is very taste.
