Pranab Mukherjee said on Tuesday in New Delhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was ready to discuss about the women’s bill before it’s going to the Lok Sabha.
Mukherjee said, "There is no harm in calling an all-party meeting. The prime minister has pointed out that we can consult all parties and for exploring ideas and possibilities to narrow down the differences."
Mukherjee was replayed to a short discus in the Lok Sabha over the government flagship bill that seeks to standby a third of all governmental seats in India for women.
The bill, which is clamorously contrasting by the gatherings with quantity base generally in north India, was cleared by the Rajya Sabha. It is predictable to be presented in the Lok Sabha in coming days. The regulation has led to recurrent disturbances of the two houses of Parliament.
