• Select lean meat trim off visible fat and clean.

• Use margarine or unsaturated vegetable oils.

• Use streamer or microwave to steam vegetables.

• To drain your fat use boiling or broiling or bake your foods.

• Instead of creamy sauces use vegetable sauces.

• Instead of oil use cooking sprays or stock.

• Prepare soup in your home don’t use preserved one because it contain high salt.
